Then give these a try! I needed a comfortable walking shoe for a fall trip and I purchased several pairs to try out. I ordered from $100 shoes to these at $22. These blew all of the others away. I have a wide foot and they have a very comfortable bed. And when they say they are light - they are not messing around! It almost feels like you don't have shoes on, but you have support. It's really a different feeling but I love it! I am so happy with these I know I will be ordering some of the other colors in the future. If there is one tiny small drawback, it would be that the Velcro on the strap is industrial strength. If you get it not centered it could rub the top of your foot. But not a hard problem to fix, adjust the strap!
