Is there a solution to remedy this?** A: Both outlets have a separate tap, also is there something blocking the outlet. I have had no problems **Q: Will this attach to brass fittings?** A: the inlet is for a brass tap, the outlet are metal threads for plastic garden fittings **Q: The joint between the connector and the housing leaks terribly. Is there something to be done that fixes this?** A: Had the same problem. Changed the washer on the connector and used plumbers tape on all the screw connections -improved temporarily but then back to leaking badly. Gave up on it in the end. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Broken Already *by C***H on 20 February 2024* Had this for just under a year (10months) and the flip handles have broken and it’s started to leak in most if not all of the joints, pity as I thought this was goi v to be a good product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy item *by N***L on 31 March 2025* Have had this on our outside tap for a number of days now and had no problems, no leaks, and its quite sturdy to attach hoses to. ### ⭐ Low quality product *by A***R on 2 May 2023* Although this product looks high quality, the item I had did not last one year. There seems to be a failure between where the plastic and the metal join, as shown in the picture with the water spraying out. I had assumed it was metal pipe work with a plastic overmold to protect it but clearly the construction is cheaper that that, otherwise it wouldn’t fail at the join.It was quite nice to use when it was working, the taps had a good action, but unfortunately I have to give it one star as it did not last.
