This one was inexpensive, uses a 5 vdc pump, has a water filter, holds a fair amount of water and is warranted for two years or until the company goes out of business, whichever comes first. It was a 12 second job to put it together, 15 more seconds to fill it with water, and we had it on the floor ready to go. After a few cautious seconds of investigation, our two cats determined the thing was pretty slick and one of them spent the next five minutes drinking from it. It took only three days until the water level was low enough that it needed to be refilled, which seemed like a long enough period that it should be rinsed out and filled with fresh water anyway. It's quiet, easy to maintain and might help a cat avoid future kidney troubles by enticing them to drink more.
