So check with your speaker impedance carefully. **Q: I have 1000 watts 8 ohm monitor this good .** A: Yes. You have to be a bit careful because this amp is powerful. I popped a tweeter on one of my 800W monitors because of a dropped microphone. **Q: If this amplifier uses 15 amps at 110V, which is 1650 watts, how it is capable of putting out 2 channels audio at 1700 watts each? Not possible.** A: @ 4Ohms it does put out 1700 watts on a 30 amp circuit. I tested it myself.
