**Q: are these already sterilized? is it okay to pour honey in them right away or should i sterilize the container first?**
A: As with anything, you should wash it regardless. But, I don't recommend it. It is passed by return date, if not I would return it. I pour honey and every time there is honey outside the container and around it. Meaning, little by little a small amount of honey leaks out.

**Q: What is the top made of? I bought two identical of these but plastic on ebay, the tops came apart within weeks. I trashed them.**
A: Hello!
It is made of rugged polished chrome plating ABS plastic, it seems like a metal top because of the quality. The thing is that in the case of glass jar the manufacture couldn't use the metal for the reason of safeaty, not to allow invisible peaces of glass that may get into food due to the active use of the lid.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A beautiful glass honey dispenser

I've been searching for a clear glass honey dispenser, so I was thrilled to find this one with several options to choose from. It arrived well-packaged in bubble wrap, and the dispenser itself was in perfect condition. The thick, clear glass looks great and feels sturdy—exactly what I hoped for. Unfortunately, the glass stand/base it rests in was completely shattered upon arrival. While I understand glass can break during shipping, I was a bit disappointed to find the product partially assembled, making me wonder if it was previously used. I submitted a return request and received a prompt refund, which I appreciated. Although I no longer have the full setup, the top portion still works well and is great for dispensing granulated sugar and syrup. I haven’t tested it with honey yet, mainly because I no longer have a stand to rest it in. A couple of tips: it does drip slightly after dispensing. This is not be an issue if you have the stand/base. And don’t toss the small white cap—it’s essential for refilling the jar without a mess. I'm giving 4 stars because I understand that things happen during shipment. The product works as described and is aesthetically pleasing to look at. With a fully intact set, I believe this would be a fantastic addition to any kitchen.
