I do know the 639 will fit a 19 or 23, Gen 3, I have both. **Q: Will this fit a 9mm makarov?** A: fits GLOCK Compact pistols (Third Generation 19, 23, 25. 32. 38, Gen4 19, 23, 32, and Gen5 19). **Q: Will this fit a Glock 19 Gen2 ?** A: I have the 639 G on my Gen 3 G19.
