The dress isn't rigid, it has a bit of spandex, I believe. That's a plus. I found it looked best with a belt as it made my waist look smaller. The pointy shape at the bottom also made the dress unique and flirty. I chose this dress because of the sleeves. I really don't like showing my upper arms. The lace is sturdy but not cheap looking. The burgandy I ordered is a such a pretty color. The zipper in the back is almost unnoticeable which is nice. I'm so happy with my order!
