I wish they made the packets with larger quantity. ### ⭐⭐ Extremely salty *by S***S on January 23, 2021* it gives good flavor but the food cooked with this masala is very salty ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazingly flavorful! *by N***Y on October 31, 2025* I finally got around to making the galawti and it turned out amazing! The instructions were very straightforward and simple. Marinated the meat for an hour with this masala, raw papaya and ginger garlic paste. Then added besan and fried onion. Then shallow fried on a non stick pan. And it turned out better than the restaurant ones. The masala is quite spicy. We eat a lot of spice in our home and it was teekha for us too. So if you're making it, and have a lower spice tolerance, consider using about 80% or 90% of the masala.
