Are they like walking on pillows, flats, or tennis shoes... No, they're heels. In fact, I woke up with a toe that was numb for two days afterwards... but it was only one toe, there were no blisters, and I never felt like I was debilitated by my feet and could only move forward by taking off my shoes. For me, that's a sign of a very comfortable heel. They were so much better than my Steve Madden pair in the same style.
