Review: mold is gone! - Zep is awesome. it is bleach, so if you don't like the smell...I keep the windows open, and i clean with a fan on. it is fantastic on mold, mold stains, mildew, mildew stains. it works on everything. I have a mold issue. and this took care of it. I used it in the kitchen on grout, it was black. My husband claimed the grout was always black. then I used Zep. mold is gone, grout is grey. Not only that, it kept on working once I rinsed some of the objects off. They got cleaner! if you are going to say, why don't you just fill a spray bottle with bleach. I could do that, but this was less messy and more effective

Zep is awesome. it is bleach, so if you don't like the smell...I keep the windows open, and i clean with a fan on. it is fantastic on mold, mold stains, mildew, mildew stains. it works on everything. I have a mold issue. and this took care of it. I used it in the kitchen on grout, it was black. My husband claimed the grout was always black. then I used Zep. mold is gone, grout is grey. Not only that, it kept on working once I rinsed some of the objects off. They got cleaner! if you are going to say, why don't you just fill a spray bottle with bleach. I have tried numerous tile and grout products over the years. I used to purchase Tilex, but they changed their formula a while back, and it does not work effectively anymore. I thought I would give this product a try, and it exceeded my expectations. The shower tile in the townhome that I just purchased is 30 years old but is still in good shape. I did pay quite a bit of money for a national professional cleaning company to clean all the tile, hardwood floors and carpets in the home before I moved in. Although I believe they cleaned them, the shower tile still had light surface and grout stains, so I was disappointed in the results after paying this cleaning company (I will probably not use a professional cleaning company if I move again unless I have no other choice, and I will just shampoo carpets and clean the tile and hardwood myself in the future). I used a half a bottle of this product on the tile and grout and let it sit for 24 hours and scrubbed it a few times as it soaked. The tile and grout look brand new now. There are absolutely no grout stains, mildew or mold anywhere, and the tile has been bleached back to its original beige color. 5 Stars!
