I have used a number of holistic products and far infrared devices in recent years but had not tried crystals until this product. The wrap is easy to use and provides warmth as well as some weight like a weighted blanket. Can be used as a wrap around hands or arms or calf. I like laying it over my thighs while I watch tv. I haven't noticed any particular difference beyond what I'd expect from a heating pad but I haven't been dealing with any joint issues during the period I've been using it. It appears to be very well made with nice details like the velcro straps and the carrying case. I need to watch their youtube channel to get more tips on usage, and I'll continue to experiment and see what benefits it may bring.
