A: I make it milk.  I think it is better than water.

**Q: Has anyone actually seen results? Eg. How many lbs and how long did it take to see results?**
A: I'll give you the shortest answer possible. Average male needs 4000 calories a day with 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day with 1 hr weight training per day. This will vary due to cardio inclusion, intensity of weight training, etc. This basic formula puts you around 1 lb of muscle mass per week. This is a very rough estimate, but will point you in the right direction. This is a supplement and DO NOT try to replace food with a mass gainer. Again, it is a supplement.

**Q: Ok to stack with whey protein (same brand)??? One or the other is enough for moderate gains???**
A: You increase your caloric intake so as to not burn protein, the building blocks of muscle, for your energy to exercise. You want to leave the protein alone so it can go towards physical muscle tissue growth instead of metabolizing it for energy. It is perfectly fine to stack these as long as you are keeping track of your calories and protein intake and keeping them within optimal ranges. It is not so much one or the other. They work together for muscle mass gain.

This product is pretty new so I thought I'd give it a try. Ive been taking Glutamine from GNC for quite some time. I have to say this Glute is working very well. I take before and after my workouts and it has helped me recover faster and more complete than me not using it. I workout 6 days a week with weights and cardio everyday...Without the Glute I would not be able to keep this pace.. All in all this is a solid product that I will probably buy it again. UPDATE: I have been using this Glutamine for the past 6 months, and I have been 100% satified. Glutamine plays key roles in protein metabolism, cell volumizing, and anti-catabolism. Glutamine also increases your ability to secrete Human Growth Hormone, which helps metabolize body fat and support new muscle growth. Glutamine's anti-catabolism ability prevents the breakdown of your muscles. This is especially useful for people 'cutting down'. Especially during summer when you're trying to get rid of some body fat without losing any muscle. Glutamine is needed throughout your body for optimal performance. Your small intestines requires the most Glutamine in your body, and your immune system also needs Glutamine because Glutamine levels deplete during workouts, bodybuilders are more susceptible to illnesses - this is why L-Glutamine supplementation is so important, not necessarily to gain more muscle, but for the 'maintenance' effects of L-Glutamine.
