I'm English and very particular about my tea as I like it quite strong with milk and sugar. If I can't buy a 40 or 80 box, I will buy Yorkshire Tea instead. I would never buy the 440 pack again as I had to use two bags to make a decent tasting cuppa. **Q: I just received a 440 bag and the bags are single servings. Also, continuously break when put into the hot water. What has changed with this product?** A: I also purchased the 440 bag from them. Every bag is defective! They were not sealed correctly, if you look at the bag before you put it in the cup you will see. I'm very disappointed :( **Q: Do you have London Cuppa loose tea?** A: London Cuppa loose tea is no longer produced. **Q: Is it decaffeinated?** A: No it is not. It is a strong black tea.
