Review: Wish I could give it no stars - DO NOT BUY...vacuum stopped working after 3 weeks. Panasonic customer service was absolutely no help. They claim the motor overheats and shuts down. I had been using mine for about 3 minutes when this happened. Turned it off and after several hours tried it again with no luck. They offered to let me drive it about 45 minutes away to a repair shop (which is in a sketchy part of the city in addition to being a long drive) or I could ship it to the same repair shop at my expense. No thanks.

DO NOT BUY...vacuum stopped working after 3 weeks. Panasonic customer service was absolutely no help. They claim the motor overheats and shuts down.
