And super quick. No muss, no fuss !! Even helped my toothache! I used them for my self and my husband and I can only share with you all, the fact that as a result of the effectiveness of these magnets, I bought two more packages. YES, FOR US they were THAT GOOD. I won't go into it but We both have 'too many aches and pains and I decided to invest in a couple more kits. I just want to also say don't use more than ONE magnet on the same area that is a problem. Stick one on and have some patience. It lasts for days and days. Adding a second magnet to the same spot didn't make a difference so don't waste it. I don’t just rely on these but use in between my massages and chiropractic adjustments. They help relieve pain and keep it from getting worse.I like this product because it does provide the two sizes so I can apply more than one to my body. I also like the dimples which make it easy for me to know what side to apply toward my body.They are a bit expensive so I wish the company would provide more adhesive patches. I will use regular bandages but I caution you to be careful that the magnet is secured well in place. I have lost many a magnet because I didn’t secure them well before I left them on for the day.I keep the case handy and always secure them back in place careful not to touch the other magnets.
