**Q: Can someone please explain how to use this?**
A: I'm guessing most people here are here because of Zenni Optical? :P Here's how to measure your PD: (1.) Place the 0 line over the center of your pupil in your right eye. Move the center piece to the middle of the bridge of your nose. Write down the number (in the picture, it's 2.8). (2.) Move the left piece so the line is in the center of your left pupil. Subtract that number from the middle number (in the picture, that's 5.7, so it'd be 5.7 minus 2.8, which is 2.9) (3.) multiply both numbers by 10. In the pictured example, your right PD is 2.8 * 10, or 28. Your left PD is 2.9 * 10, or 29.

**Q: Is this the same as USA version.**
A: No it's not. I don't know how to use it myself. I am going to order one that I can understand. Don't get this one.

**Q: Returnable?**
A: Yes, I did return mine because I could not get the proper measurements even with another persons help.

**Q: Can you use this alone or with help?**
A: It's a lot easier with help

Is it cheap plastic and cheaply made? Sure. Is it inaccurate? No not at all. I saw other reviews saying they compared to other rulers and the ruler they used was a printable ruler. If you know anything about printing it's that most full page documents/images may shrink or enlarge itself to fit the page it's printing on giving an unreliable comparison. I lined this up with a metal yard stick and 100mm on this device lined up exactly with 10cm on the yardstick.
