It arrived covered in scratches, and the paint job was blotchy. It was so bad that it looked used. I made the mistake of waiting until Christmas Eve to take it out of the box, so it was too late to return it since it was my daughters main gift. It seems fairly well made, but shoddy assembly and paint job. It was also missing two screws, thank goodness Home Depot was still open.
