He put the mask on and mask was rubbing on top of his nose and head causing a lot of discomfort. Took mask off and noticed glue marks on inside of mask specifically on forehead area where it looks like padding was glued but was missing. We clearlyhad a used product that was missing padding. Was really disappointed that we received defective unit. Still unsure weather we should return or get some weatherstripping from local box store to fix it.UPDATE 9/30/19 received replacement for damaged/used unit 2 days later. New unit has padded forehead and I will be sending defective unit back today. I also have added a couple photos of comparison masks to notice damage on used unit vs new unit. At first it felt cheap and filmsy but, after the weekend horror Convention beating my daughter put on this thing and it survived , I'd say it definitely well built. The batteries we put in lasted throughout the whole convention and are still going almost a week after the fact. Love the multi lighting effects. Easy to hide the wire and clip the control pack to a pocket or pants. 5 stars for sure!!! Highly recommend for the horror fan. Cosplayer. Costumer.
