I found that the easy level was most suitable for his ability at the moment with a little help from me which is good because it will last him a lot longer as he moves on to the difficult level over time. The set is made up of lots of different coloured parts which you attach together with screws and nuts using the tools provided. You get a hand held screwdriver and a battery powered one (batteries not provided) as well as screwdriver attachments - he absolutely loves using the screwdriver. I particularly like the carry case that it comes in which enables you to keep it all together and tidy. Its a really good learning toy, I have been sitting with him getting him to count out the pieces he needs with each new item we attempt to make and then working on it together.I think this toy is good value for money as I know it will last my 3 year old a decent amount of time and its good fun. My boy has a lot of toys as you can imagine being the only child. I’ve always made a conscious effort to ensure that not only are his toys fun but educational too. After purchasing this LUKAT stem toy I was amazed by just how many skills of a child it can tap into! It’s creative, fun , encourages bonding time.
