The flavor’s got a little sweetness and garlic, so it tastes way better than just plain hot sauce. I can't stand Tabasco since using this one. I put it on pretty much everything. The bottle is easy to use and doesn’t get messy. If you want something that’s spicy but not crazy hot, this is for you! Although I really hate to recommend this, it seems it's always sold out.

**Q: Why is this in the international market when it is produced in California?**
A: The markets products are placed in refer to the cuisine type, not the geography of where they are produced. In the 1800's, products produced in certain localities took on the character of the place, but in the 21st century,  you can have Italian sauces made in China, and Chinese sauces made in France. In this case, we have a Vietnamese sauce made in California.

A: First off you should know that Sriracha is also known as 'Rooster Sauce' because of the rooster on the bottle label. With that said the ingredient as listed is:chili, sugar, salt, garlic, distilled vinegar, potassium sorbate, sodium bisulfite (both preservatives), xanthan gumIMHO the BEST of all the 'hot' sauces. Enjoy!!

This Sriracha sauce is awesome. It’s got a good spicy kick but doesn’t burn your mouth off. The flavor’s got a little sweetness and garlic, so it tastes way better than just plain hot sauce. I can't stand Tabasco since using this one. I put it on pretty much everything. The bottle is easy to use and doesn’t get messy. If you want something that’s spicy but not crazy hot, this is for you! Although I really hate to recommend this, it seems it's always sold out.
