I have tried it on everything possible for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good to add flavor food or put on top. My favorite is on eggs. It is expensive, so I don't think I can have it all the time but I can go thru the bottle in a week. Some reviews complained about the sqeeze bottle but I didn't have any problems with leaks.
