This means that when loaded with shopping for example all they do is droop, sag and keep hitting the wheel spokes. A few miles of this is a real chore and the first time i went to the supermarket and cycled the 7 miles home with a few items of groceries in meant continually stopping to fiddle around to stop it hitting the wheel. By the time i got home the panniers were drooping so that the contents were nearly failling out..There also is no grab handle on the top which makes lifting the panniers on and off the bike a pain. The main flaps are also fastened down with buckles which is not as good as zip close pockets as things are not as securely stowed away,, although there is an inner zipped pocket.I sent mine back for a refund. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent pannier set *by E***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 April 2017* Excellent pannier set. Seems to be relatively strong and was easy to fit. Fitting does take some time however so this product is not convenient if you want to regularly remove and replace it. I believe that this product is best left in place once fitted. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very hard wearing. *by J***M on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 March 2018* I have been using this pannier for two years now - they are as good now as the day they were fitted. Large and strong, they will take quite a bit of shopping (nice to be able to do a bit of shopping on the way home from work).
