Wife and I both purchased a set and in April snorkeled Fiji, Vanuatu, New Calidonia, and Hawaii. Could not have been more pleased. However, on the trip home, the tempered glass in my masked was shattered. My fault for not packing my suitcase better.I saw how easy it was to replace the glass, so I requested a replacement glass from WACOOL. They replaced the whole mask at no cost.I offered to pay because it was my fault the glass shattered. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If your look for a snorkel set, look no further. *by W***O on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2018* Ordered two sets for our recent trip to the Caribbean where we were tired of renting someone else’s equipment, not knowing how clean or good it was. These sets earned the 5 stars that I gave them. Not only did we use them every day for hours, so did others in our party, prefering these over the full face mask. The quality of the product was amazing and was comfortable to wear for prolonged time in the water. The snorkel clip was great as you could change the side you wanted to use the snorkel on without having to undo and do the strap. The mask did not leak or fog and the snorkel itself was great and was able to use it for diving down to retrieve objects without worry about water seeping in. For the price these are well worth it and I would recommend them to anyone. Just cleaned them yesterday and put them away for our next trip. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great snorkel... just bring your own mask! *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on October 30, 2017* The snorkel in this kit is great. Very well designed to prevent water from coming in and also makes it easy to blow out any water that may happen to sneak in. I used two of these on a recent trip to Maui and it was great having the flexibility to just hop in the ocean anywhere without having to rent or borrow the gear.The only downside to this kit is the mask. The mask is nice for viewing underwater, however there is an issue with the way the portion over the bridge of your nose is designed. It basically exerts constant pressure on the bridge of your nose to the point that you will feel sore from it after just a few minutes. My girlfriend and I both had this issue so I'm confident that it is a design flaw with the mask and not just something weird with my nose. We toughed it out and wore them for about 30 minutes at a time but we could definitely feel the pain in our noses for quite a while after we took them off.I give the snorkel in this kit five stars, but the mask one star.
