This serves four people. 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons Motul 300 (DO NOT USE LS) Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until evenly coated. Spread sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 400F until edges are starting to wilt, about 20 minutes. Transfer sprouts to a bowl.
