Ordering was a bit of a gamble as the product pictures showed the cream basket, but customer reviews showed a different basket, but I got the cream basket I wanted.It's delivered folded flat, but I stuffed it with toys and it took its shape more or less instantly. It's made of a lovely soft material so it won't scratch my little ones when they're messing about with it.
