The product came quickly and it was a sealed mason jar and It did come with an instruction sheet as well. Once I opened it I put into the refrigerator right away, So the next day I had 2 tablespoons and chased it down with water! It was firm since it was in the frig and it had a bit of that sea smell/taste but it was not salty at all. Natural Sea Moss should not be salty. So I really enjoyed it. I have been taking it for 3 days now with no problems at all and I am so excited to enjoy this new muscle food!
