Know before you buy!
I thought these were bone conduction headphones when I ordered them. I have 2 pairs of bone conduction headphones and I love being able to hear my surroundings while listening to my music and podcasts. These are more like little speakers that sit in front of your ear and direct sound into your ear rather than conducting sound through your facial bones. It does not cover your ear or plug into your ear, which leaves your ear open and free which is nice. The sound is actually better than bone conduction, due to the inherent weaknesses of the bone conduction technology. That being said, traditional earphones like my Airpods and Beats sound better but they both require sticking something in or over your ears.I was pleasantly surprised with these open ear headphones. The sound is pretty good. Using them for a phone call was just okay as people would ask if I was on speaker phone and could tell I was using something different. The controls are touch sensitive on the side. This is an advancement over using physical buttons but the touch controls were consistently inadvertently activated by my helmet straps as they rubbed against the touch control while I was riding my bike or electric skateboard or Onewheel.I found these were great for when I was hiking alone in the forest. I could still hear mother nature and my Audible book at the same time. Win win.

Light and Comfortable Headphones
I was looking for bluetooth headphones on a budget and these open ear style bluetooth ones ticked all the boxes: lightweight, sweatproof, durable, easy to use controls, budget friendly and most importantly - FIT my head. I've had a lot of headphones not fit right and these universally fit more people than in-ear style headphones. The open ear is great for biking or trail running to hear others (especially wild animals up here in the northeast!). The sound is what you'd expect from <$50 headphones but in my use case, I'll take function over sound quality - I have headphones specifically for high bass / quality anyway. These are the equivalent of say Goodr Sunglasses where they tick all the boxes for most uses. I was surprised by the hands free phone quality where I didn't find myself shouting to the person on the other end. They were able to hear me just fine. Out of the box I was able to easily pair with my phone by long-pressing the power button and it plays nice with Siri / Google / Alexa which is also helpful for doing things around the house like setting timers or reminders. I'm personally not a fan of touch controls (sweaty hands) but you can control the volume with the power button and + buttons. Highly recommend you add these to your cart!

Comfortable
I have a really hard time with typical earbuds because they simply don't fit in my ears and fall out easily. I like this style that I can hook over my ears to keep them in and also like having them connected to keep them both together. Having a house full of kids I can't count how many times we've misplaced one ear bud from a pair. This design makes it so that they stay together. The sound on these is crisp and clear and they connected seamlessly to my phone. And because they don't actually go in my ears, they are so much more comfortable.

Best Sports headphones over the ear!
These are my favorite, I have tried multiple over the ear headphones but this one awesome because keeps my ear open but still good sound and no problem if I run at 7/8 mile per hour.It connects to my iphone really easily. Battery life is good too.Awesome job. I will definitely recommend it!

Great headphones if your expectations are reasonable
These headphones are not for everybody. Their best feature is also its worst limitation. As you can see in the description, they are designed to be open in the sense that you can hear everything around you. If what you are looking for is a pair of headsets you can wear comfortably while somebody is talking to you, or use while you are walking in the forest being able to hear everything that is happening around you, then these fit the bill. However, with this functionality come some serious compromises, as it is not possible to put a speaker next to your ear (as opposed to covering your ear) and pretend to get good bass out of it.I find that these are great for the following uses:1) To participate in calls, where sound quality is not that important, but being able to hear what is going on around you is a plus.2) To use in a workout class where you want to hear instructions but also have your own music. Keep in mind though that if music is playing, you will hear both things.3) To use while working if you don't want to isolate yourself from your surroundings. To summarize, if hearing what's going on around you is more important than punchy bass, you will love these. If you are an audiophile, these are not for you. Personally, I like them, but only in certain occasions. At the price I paid for them, I think they are worth 5 stars. I have not tried the bone conduction ones, but reading the reviews, they seem to have similar limitations.

Sound quality is the best I've heard for open ear headphones but poor quality
I've test two pairs of Open Ear headphones and these are by far the best sounding models I've tested. Keep in mind this is a in respect to other Open Ear headphones. Any over the ear or in ear headphone will have much better sound with deeper bass. These provide very good sound and allow you to hear your surroundings. They do sit on your ears (not the opening) so if you wear them for hours you will feel it however they are very light so they can be worn for extended periods. Battery life was adequate, around 6 hours of playtime. The controls are a bit wonky there is a lot of double tapping for skipping tracks etcs. The big problem with these headphones is they decided to use a touch sensor for the play/pause/call button instead of a physical button. The Touch sensor to stopped working after 1 week of use. That is a major problem, now the only way to perform these functions is on your smart watch or phone. This also is a concern if the sensor dies after a week there are clearly quality control or design issues. This is unfortunate because I really like the sound quality of these headphones. Maybe they will release an updated version with a physical button. For now I'll be returning them since they are not operating as designed.

Expectations greatly exceeded
Strong points: (1) BT5 (signal strength, battery life, distance); (2) Great sound clarity; (3) Good look; (4) Firmly held in place even in motion; (5) Ease of use. Highly recommended!!!

They do what I want
I needed a set of headphones for work that allowed me to listen to music, or whatever, but still be able to hear what's going on around me. These are literally the only headphones I could find that fit the bill.My only complaint about them is the control buttons. They have 2 tiny little circle buttons: one for volume up, one for volume down. The Volume up button is also the on/off button. I don't think the connection is quite right, and I often have to wiggle the button around to make it do what I want it to do. I paid a little bit too much for these headphones to have a quality control issue like that. However, they still work, and aside from that one little annoyance, they are exactly what I was after. I sort of like that unless people are really paying attention, they barely notice that I'm even wearing headphones.I have used them in Zoom conferences, and they work well for that too. The microphone picked up my voice just fine for everyone to hear me.

Not loud enough.
First time ever experiencing bone conducting headphones. Bought them to be able to ride safely on my bike. I have nothing to compare them to but I’m pretty sure the volume should a heck of a lot louder. The comfort lvl is a 6 out of 10, there is no adjustment and the one size fits all doesn’t work for me. Over all they get the job done but don’t work well for what I bought them for.

Awesome headphones for running
These headphones are perfect for running or biking. I don’t like in ear headphones because I can’t hear a car horn or other outdoor necessities. These are super comfortable and don’t move or slip. I love the sound quality. I bought another set for my husband and he loves them too highly recommend!!
