I came upon this set! They are PERFECT! The look like crystal but not heavy like a crystal glass would be. I put them in the dishwasher to clean them before putting them in the cabinet....I opened the dishwasher as it was drying with a paper towel in hand prepared to wipe any excess water that might have pooled on the bottom of the glasses....to my surprise the bottoms are flat with no grooves or cuts which make washing a breeze! So far I am pleased with this set!
