The liner dries quickly to a matte finish and the lashes adhere to it like a dream! I applied my regular liner then the magnetic liner along the lash line. It didn’t disturb my liner underneath at all and the lashes popped right on. I am actually wearing the top two styles stacked and I LOVE the look! I’ve had them on for about 8 hours and they are still going strong. These make false lashes comfortable and a breeze to wear!
