It smells wonder and works well. It’s just a bit too expensive. I only use it on my going out clothes.

I am so in love with this stuff! It's a very freshening and luxurious scent that's not overpowering or in your face like a lot of common store bought fabric softeners. This fabric conditioners scent and softness is long lasting. I washed my bed sheets using the No. 10 laundry detergent and fabric conditioner a week ago, and they still feel and smell amazing. I use these products in my HE front loader washing machine and I'm so happy with the product. I 100% recommend this!!

It took a couple of washing to get all the stuff left behind by other products out but now our clothes are so, so soft, and No. 10 smells so good I diluted some in a spray bottle to use on things that don't go in the washer/dryer.Checking the ingredients confirmed that this product really is all natural. With no rules or standard for the word natural, companies are throwing it on everything. Not the case with this company. Their whole product line is honestly all natural, and while it may seem expensive, if used as directed, meaning you must actually measure (you can get 100-500 1 ounce plastic measuring cups for around $5) the price is more reasonable. It is a higher end product. Quality ingredients cost more, so the product made with high quality ingredients is going to cost more. Makes sense. This is worth every penny.Funny side note: I remember smelling the soft clean fragrance over the years and was frustrated that I could never figure out who made it. I really tried. Perfumes, soaps, anything and everything. It never once occurred to me that it was something added to the laundry. I didn't even know what a fabric conditioner was much less where or how to buy some. This smells so good. It's a clean neutral smell. My very rugged, road building husband noticed both how much softer his clothes were, starting with the bath towels he assumed were new, to his neon safety shirts, and the smell when he actually asked what the new detergent was (that led to a quick lesson in how to actually do his own laundry with this product to achieve the same results. Pointless but I keep trying. After almost 20 years I can't decide who is more stubborn. Him for refusing to to do it, or me for continuing to show him:) Anyway, he likes the smell. If it was too 'girly', he would have made a request for me to switch back to the other brand. He'd have been out of luck but he need never know that.

If you get an authentic article from the laundress, the smell is fantastic, it truly softens clothes … my whole family —from my husband to my children— love it!

I’ve loved all of the Laundress products I have bought so far- with this one (because it’s so expensive) I mix a little dollop in my Myer’s lavender scented laundry soap and it gives a beautiful scent profile!

I have tried others and nothing comes close to #10

I’m not talking about not being able to smell the fragrance after washing; I’m talking about not being able to smell anything in the actual bottle. Pretty strange and highly disappointing considering the fact that it smells so good as soon as you open it. Also, it’s way too expensive for this to be happening.

I love the aroma of this product.It is very subtle,not overwhelming but does impart a gentle and different smell to my clothes.You do not need to use but a capful or less so this bottle will last awhile.Most commercial softeners all seem to smell the same and too strong.I appreciate that this is unique.
