Assembly wasn't the easiest but not too bad. After having it a few months, it's starting to squeak at the hinges, but I haven't had the chance to oil it yet, so that might be all it needs. Main problem I'm having now is that after only using the vibrating lumbar support a few times, it stopped working. Our only issue is that the foot rest doesn't come out far for taller people. But they both figured out how to manage with it. The massage part is awesome and everything on chair seems well made.
