I workout 6 days a week. I'm a fan of Kettle bells, battle ropes, heavy dumbells and HIIT cardio sprints. The only thing I don't wear them for is the sprints. With the instruments I train with you often put heavy weight overhead. These really offer a great amount of wrist protection especially for kettle bell snatches. The product helps in a twofold manner. First it allows you to keep your wrist taught and straight for good form and also protects your wrist from getting rubbed raw by the bell. They do take a little bit of getting used to get on and wrap tightly. After a few tries you will get the hang of them.I sweat a lot during workouts and I hang these up to air dry. I've only had to wash them once since purchasing which was easily done by filling the sink with cold water and a little bit of Palmolive. I rinsed them clean after the hand wash and then air dried them again. I'd love to get a second pair to rotate daily. High recommended! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great crossfit wraps. They are easy to wrap yourself and a slight turn of the fabric will allow the wraps to either loosen or tighten up. I am smaller and these still fit great. I have had problems in the past with other wraps that were way too big for my little wrists, but not these. They are wonderful in keeping your wrists from fatiguing too quickly. I wasn't really worried about the color of the wraps, but overall, these wraps pretty much go with anything. They're stiff enough to keep my wrist steady, but I can still adjust them to be loose enough for cleans and snatches. I'm running Texas Method right now and they've been awesome as the weight has gotten pretty heavy. The American flag design is awesome too.
