That's quite challenging and remember it is the action of pushing against the resistance of the band that strengthens your muscles. Its more effective to use a band at a strength you find quite hard even if you cannot completely compress the device than to use a band that is so weak you can compress the device quickly and easily! **Q: been through all the bands now been at number 3 a while what next as i find number 3 now to easy think i need something stronger now** A: Once you are finding a No. 3 Flex-band too easy it is time to progress! Follow the table in the instruction leaflet and combine a No. 3 band with a No. 1, then a No. 3 with a No. 2, ultimately you can use two No. 3 Bands together. I love it!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by F***N on 8 November 2023* I have found this to be quite a good item and do feel like it is tightening my jawline. It’s very quick to use, only 2 mins in the morning and 2 mins in the evening. It is more expensive on Amazon than the distributor, Rosemary Connellys website, but when I enquired I was told it was because of Amazon fees. The number 3 bands are not included and have to be bought separately. It’s an expensive item and should have had all the bands included, but on a whole I do like the gadget.
