I experienced a 4th degree tear two weeks ago when I gave birth to my daughter. This amazing soak has sped up the healing process. While I do have an actual sitz bath, I’ve opted to pour a little less than 1/4 cup into a hot regular bath and soak for 15 to 20 minutes every night. At my follow up appointment, my OB was pleased with the rate at which I am healing. I’ve never been in so much pain in my entire life, but whenever I get out of the tub after soaking in this product, I feel almost as if there was no trauma down there to begin with!
