I used two of these 6 pin extensions on my current card - they are fantastic. My new video card calls for one 6 pin PCI cable and one 8 pin, so I ordered this to match one of my 6 pin extension cables. I wasn't paying attention because apparently this is for CPU power only, even though the product is labeled as PCI Express. This didn't fit my Video Card or any of the 8 pin PCI express cables that came with my modular power supply. Luckily my power supply cables were long enough to use, so this cable goes into my box of misc. computer cables - I'm sure it will come in handy some time down the road. I guess even seasoned computer builders make rookie mistakes from time to time.Anyway, still a nice product and perfect for people who like me, who to keep their computers clean with neat wire management. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cool Cables *by W***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2012* If you are going for a very finished look inside your PC case or your PSU cable simply won't reach, this is the cable you need. Each individual cable was wrapped and heatshrinked adding to the products luster. This not only adds to looks, but the cable has more flexibility because of the individual wrapping versus wrapping 8 wires into one signle lump.In my case, the cable length from my modular PSU was too short to go behind the motherboard tray, up, and then go to it's termination point. Thus, I had to run the cable in front of the motherboard which made the case look crowded. This gave me just the length I needed to pull off a clean installation.Rarely do I give 5 stars, but I think this is a deserving product as it has met or exceeded my standards in quality, usefulness, and aesthetics. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NZXT Motherboard Power Extension Cable *by S***L on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2013* First of all, it's too bad anyone would need this product. You'd think by now, power supply manufacturers--especially of modular power supplies, which mine is--would recognize that a lot of the newer cases have bottom-mounts for the power supply, while motherboards still have the power connector at the "top" of the board. Of course I wanted to route my power cable behind the mobo, but even if I didn't, the cable simply was not long enough to reach from the power supply, up and over the video card, to the mobo connector.Thank goodness for NZXT! The length was perfect to enable me to route the cable behind the motherboard and easily connect to the board.
