I ordered the smallest size, 2-3 years, and it fits as I expected. As you can see in the photo, it is a little big up top and bunches some around the waist, I expected this, and it’ll work until she grows into it fully. I give 4 stars for two reasons 1. The color is a little different from what’s listed 2. The openings at the legs are really tight.
