I originally bought a set from a known brand, and it was a complete mess, therefore I returned it and ordered this one. The material i semi smooth, which is a good thing as it has some grip to it, to that you dont slide when stepping into the car. (The brand name was too smooth and felt plasticky). The holes in the driver's side fit the factory pins perfectly. The rear mat covers the entire area, all the way back to the back wall, so if you have the bench folded and are loading stuff in it, it will contain the dirt / liquids / spills within the mat. Note that the edges are not laying flat all the way, but I understand this is due to the fact that the mats were in the box, in particular the back nmat was folded. Over time and with heat it will get into shape and cover nicely. Overall a great product, happy with the fit.
