I wanted this to be able to help with stretching and yoga while supporting my weight with my upper body. It did exactly what I needed and more. I ABSOLUETLY love this thing!!! It is assembled in my living room at all times. I use it everyday for at least 5 minutes a day for stretching if not more. I can easily work on my upperbody as well, haven’t figured out the lower body yet, but that’s why we have YouTube. Nice color and sturdy material on the swings. I used the downloadable guide to get started. My problem came in when I noticed that the ropes that tie the caribeaners to the swing were tied loosely and differently. No biggie, I looked up a good sturdy knot and tied them on that way. I decided to try the swing out at the playground while my son played. The daisy straps worked great. I’ve used it three times now and Noticed that THE ROPES ARE STARTING TO FRAY!!! I was not expecting this and am definilty frustrated. I’ll be purchasing large caribeaners to replace the rope.
