I've had mine since June of 2023, it's now December of 2024 and use it often. I use 1/4 inch, T50 Arrow staples. I use mine to staple targets to boards for when I shoot my 22 rifles/handguns. It’s great for me, because it's cordless. It'll flash red when the battery needs charging and turn to solid green when fully charged. It came with a USB to Micro C charging cable – I’ve misplaced the one that came will it and use a cable I found laying around the house – works fine to recharge it. I like that it doesn't have a battery you have to remove and plug into a battery charger. Loading it with staples is easy. It’s hefty. But not too heavy. I don’t think I could find a better product.

I used it to put up some cat-proof screen on my screened porch. It worked beautifully. It was also used to replace the lining of the couch on the porch, which the cats as kittens had ripped away. It's easy to load and to use.

Battery powered stapler is a useful item to have for light duty projects. A little loud but works great for most projects.

First the good. Feels like a good quality tacker, and works pretty well. The bad is, it doesn't fit 1/2" staples. It clearly claims to use those. I bought the standard 1/2" upholstery staples from Hobby Lobby and they absolutely do not fit. I can't believe the staples were incorrect in their sizing.

I bought this to reupholster several chairs. It's lightweight, lasts a long time on a charge, and works great for upholstering. I was almost done with the first chair when it stopped working.I contacted the support email, and they responded with troubleshooting steps and asked that I video them. The steps determined the issue, and they promptly sent a replacement tool. I was really impressed, as I was concerned that buying a non-major brand would be a mistake. It definitely was not, and I will consider other Neu Master tools in the future.

Sturdy has weight behind it . It works .

I’m older my hands have become weaker. This solved that problem works great.

Unreliable. Have been through two of them.Luckily both broke within the return window.It’s a shame, it was fantastic until it suddenly stopped working.
