It has worked well balancing load and has been easy to navigate. I haven't had reason to use much in the way of advanced functions, but what it does it has so far done well. This is actually my second unit. When you get your make sure to upgrade the firmware ASAP and keep it updated. I apparently missed the latest update and there was an issue where the router would not connect to the computers. There was legitimately nothing that could be done and it was bricked.... However! I called their customer support line and was guided through all the troubleshooting. The tech admitted when he was beyond his ability and got help rather than trying to save face. When support still couldn't fix it they set me up to get a new one. The whole process was maybe a day. Sometimes things don't work right but customer support really smoothed it over so good on them. I would definitely recommend, but remember to update firmware and don't hesitate to call support.
