The swords and shields are not flimsy but not so heavy that putting them around your neck would hurt you (unless you wore all of them at once) Review: My 11 year old LOVED it! - My 11 year old LOVED it!! The chain wasn't heavy enough and the swords wouldn't fit on it. Although it came with a clip, I wasn't sure the clip would hold the swords. We just used some other chains. The swords and shields are awesome. Good details and very nice looking.
