This is just brilliant! I need it for my course work and it is out of print! The new ones cost nearly £100. This is in amazing condition and almost new!

I love Dr.Werbach's sourcebooks! I had purchased each decades ago at publication; over the years I donated my books to local libraries. Recently re-purchased. We know the effects of nutrition on health; now we have been exploring the relationships of our individual genome to personal health. Factor in your personal microbiome and it becomes a symphony of inter-relationships, dare I add all the more significant as we Baby Boomers are facing those very considerations in Dr. Werbach's brilliant books. I believe these books should be re-published as Personalized Medicine has become so popular. He was a leader in Integrative Medicine! ❤❤❤

Wasn’t the one I wanted and kinda hard read

I found this book hard to follow. I think you need to be more of a health care professional for it to be useful.

Excellent resource backed by research. You will use it often.
