Q: What's the serving size, and how many servings are there per container?

For the flavored version of this product 1 scoop is 6 grams of protein. 3 grams L-Leucine, 1.5 grams L-Valine and L-Isoleucine are in each serving. Container has 60 servings per container. If you buy unflavored put a few drops of mio type sweetener in it and you will be fine. I have since gone to a flavored lemon lime version that works better for me. I mix 20 grams in a gallon of water that I drink throughout the day. It takes about 30 minutes for it to break down with the water. Nobody ever said nutrition was supposed to taste great. Vegetables don't taste great either. For the dedicated taste is secondary, you just get it done.
