Review: I came for the heat and stayed for the flavor. - I enjoy spicy food. Usually when something claims, "Caution: Extremely Hot & Spicy" I just roll my eyes and say, "Yeah, right." While I wouldn't consider it "extreme", it should still get the attention of even a seasoned capsaicin connoisseur. I consider it comfortably hot. My face may start to sweat, but I'm not desperately reaching for something to drink. For the uninitiated, it will definitely pose a challenge, as many of my coworkers can attest. Even so, one thing everyone has agreed on is the delicious flavor. A very nice balance of sweet and peppery goodness. Excellent texture as well. Not so tough and dry that you feel like you're going to rip your teeth out trying to tear off a piece. It's still a little moist and chewy. I couldn't help myself and finished off an entire bag in one go. No regrets. The only real con is it's a bit pricey. But grass-fed beef tends to be, and the quality of this meat is clearly evident. Highly recommended.
