C - it's long enough and the cushion is just enough to tame the material of camping chairs/zero gravity chair. D - the ties seem to be in just the right spot I want them. Sure the top is a little floppy. Nothing a little clip, safety pin and string, tie or such couldn't easily fix. If your chair is a wooden lawn chair or something (chase lounger?) - I don't think these will provide cushion vs the wood or plastic. But for a zero gravity chair, they're fine man. And if you're using yours outside - you're not gonna get a good waterproof cushion for 20 bucks it's just not happening.
