The oh-so-delicious cover photo did not match the actual muffin top. It definitely did not taste like chocolate (except for the few choco chips)but more like powdered vitamin. Yech. The one pro is that when I had craving for something sweet, I ate a tiny piece of the Deep Chocolate and craving for full-fat full-sugar sweet was gone. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Quality Control Issues *by B***T on Reviewed in the United States on August 29, 2014* These muffin tops used to be a major favorite of mine and I still give them a 3-star rating (where in the past they would have gotten a five). Unfortunately, the quality control has apparently deteriorated at Vitalicious. I recently placed an order on the Vitalicious website (I have also bought the muffin tops, boxed, at my local grocery store). My order included my two favorite flavors – CranBran and BlueBran. I know Vitalicious can’t necessarily guarantee that the Vitatops they send me will look as lovely or be as loaded with fruit as the presumably special made (or Photoshopped!) items in their photographs but it would be nice if they came close. Many of the vitatops in my order had only one or two cranberries or blueberries in them. One “cranbran” vitatop had no cranberries in it at all. Many of those vitatops (both cranberry and blueberry) that had more than 3 or four berries in them had the berries bunched up in a clump on the very top of the muffin or at the very edge of the muffin. I have been buying Vitalicious products for years and for the most part, I enjoy them. I don’t know what has happened to the baking process to cause a problem such as this, but it saddens me since vitatops are often a breakfast staple for me. I have to say that I also don’t like being ignored. When I sent an email to Customer Service about this problem, I got no response whatsoever from them. I hope this is only a temporary glitch in their baking process – though the problem has been cropping up often enough now that it doesn’t seem to have been from just one bad batch. There aren’t a lot of tasty, low-calorie breakfast choices out there that I really enjoy and I don’t want to lose the one that I found. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Delicicious! *by K***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2018* These are very tasty!!! Just nuke them in the microwave about 25 sec or so and they are perfect! If you are craving something chocolate, these hit the spot.
