The hat and mustache are included along with the overall and green shirt (one piece). I ordered medium for my 6yr old since I thought medium was a 7/8 but this was sized by height in inches. I figured it would fit because he's in the height range listed. Too short I didn't even put it on him because I didn't want to upset him. I put it against his back and the bottom hem came to his calf. Like a capri....worn it would have been under his knees. The sizing is strange. I was going to order the large but ended up buying the deluxe for $10 more from another vendor. This one was a definite return.
