He told my husband that calls were not coming in on his cell phone. The calls were ringing, however, he did not hear them even with the sound set at the loudest volume. Installation was easy. I believe we did have to restart his phone. He now answers his phone on the second or third ring and say’s, it’s loud. Thank you for inventing this product.
