I have used this boat 4 times since install and under no wet weather conditions. The radio reads protect send for service. I also leave it boatt in dry storage. Pretty sad to spend this much on a radio and it quit 8 months later. Advise do not buy. Kenwood no response, guess they are waiting a few more months to tell me it not under warranty.
