Hi all,After a lot of review reading, decided to try DEIK grill. My earlier purchase of DEIK kettle a month back gave me the confidence to go for another product from the same company. Started using it from yesterday. So far so good. However a small glitch with the packing of the product. It was so poor and gave me a poor first impression about the product.....thank you

Not consistent in the temperature control as it is hard to find the exact same position twice. It lacks an ON and OFF switch therefore you have to use the timer as a switch. I like the removable plates as they're easy to clean.

We love this. It does the best bacon! We use it for toasties, grilling meat, it's super easy to use and to clean!

Easy to use quick heating one thing I would of liked is a longer electric lead

I love it, perfect for so many reasons and a variety of foods. I love my vegan burger cooked on this. As griddled veg and panini great item really happy

The removable plates are very thin which has the effect of when they are hot they buckle and slip out of the connectors.Itwould appear that there is a temperature difference between the top plate and the bottom plate.Think twice before purchasing

Arrived promptly and straight forward to setup and use. Good heat output which is evenly spread across the plates. The thermostat & timer are very useful touches. Have been using it now for about a year with no problems. Lid is understandably on the heavy side so soft foods do get a bit squashed. maybe the manufacturer could modify so the lid can be locked at 1-2 different angles. Overall well worth the money spent on it.

Changing my first review, the issue I was having was down to me not putting the fat collector in correctly,now working fine.Good response from sellers offering assistance
